For more than thirty years we have been designing apartments, with over 8,000 units completed across Sydney and beyond. Our experience covers projects from boutique mixed-use developments through to large-scale masterplans; each one balancing strong architectural outcomes with commercial success.

Having trained under architects who were developers themselves, we understand the pressures of yield, feasibility and market appeal. We know that success lies not in choosing between design ambition and commercial return, but in aligning the two.

Our Director, Craig Taylor, has been designing apartment and mixed-use projects for more than 30 years. His work includes leading major developments for respected firms as well as delivering apartment projects under red blue.
