With a focus on sustainability, this design maximises the beautiful district views to the north and north west. Earth berms built over the two bedroom wings maintain internal temperatures. The design allows for wings that are not being used to be closed off, saving energy usage. The building shields itself from the harsh south westerly winds by being built into the landscape.
